IT support, by the incident or by the month.

One-off help when something breaks, or a monthly retainer with monitoring and maintenance so it breaks considerably less often.

Single incidents, no contract

Something is broken and you need it fixed today. A laptop that won't connect, software that stopped working after an update, a printer that has developed opinions. Remote diagnosis and resolution, same day where possible, with a written summary of the cause and the fix so the same thing does not become a recurring mystery.

No retainer, no minimum, no obligation to buy anything else.

The retainer, and when it is worth it

A monthly retainer covers helpdesk for up to 15 users, uptime monitoring, a monthly maintenance window and priority response, with reporting so you can see what is actually happening across your systems.

It is worth it when your incident volume makes per-incident billing more expensive, or when downtime costs you real money and you want problems caught before they surface. Below roughly five or six incidents a month it usually is not, and we will run that arithmetic with you rather than assume the answer.

Monitoring is the part that pays

Most of the value in a retainer is not the helpdesk — it is that a disk filling up, a failing backup or an expiring certificate is caught while it is still an inconvenience rather than an outage. Reactive support fixes what broke; monitoring stops the expensive category of breakage happening at all.

What is not included

Retainers cover support and maintenance, not project work. A network rebuild, a migration or a new application is quoted separately as a project — at retainer-client rates, but as its own scoped engagement. We say this up front because "unlimited support" that quietly excludes anything substantial is a bad-faith way to sell.

Questions

Managed IT Support — common questions.

How much does managed IT support cost per month?

Our starter retainer runs $1,000 to $2,000 per month covering up to 15 users, with monitoring, monthly maintenance and priority response. Larger user counts are quoted after discovery.

Can I get help without signing a contract?

Yes. Single-incident support runs $100 to $250 with no retainer and no commitment. Plenty of clients use us this way for years.

How fast do you respond?

New enquiries get a reply within one business day. Retainer clients get priority response with target times set in the agreement. For genuinely urgent issues, call rather than emailing — that is what the phone number is for.

Do you provide on-site support?

We are remote-first, which covers the overwhelming majority of issues. On-site visits are arranged separately where a job genuinely needs hands on hardware.

Let's scope it.

A discovery call costs nothing and ends with a written fixed-fee proposal. No payment until you approve it.
