What we are

A technology services firm, registered in Colorado, built around a straightforward observation: most growing businesses do not need five specialist vendors. They need one competent partner who can build the software, run the infrastructure, secure it, make it look like a serious company, and pick up the phone when something breaks.

That is the whole proposition. Everything else is execution.

Who we work with

Clients typically run between five and a hundred people: online sellers, professional firms, restaurant and food-service groups, clinics, contractors, and independent offices. Large enough that technology decisions carry real cost, small enough that nobody's full-time job is making them.

We also work white-label for other IT providers and agencies who need overflow capacity or a capability outside their in-house skill set — delivered under their brand, to their client, on their timeline.

How we're different

The model is deliberately unglamorous. Define the scope in writing before anything starts. Quote a fixed fee against it. Deliver on the agreed schedule. Hand over documentation the client actually owns.

The last point does more work than it appears to. Plenty of businesses are locked in to their current provider not by any contract but by the fact that nobody else understands how their systems fit together. We do not operate that way. If you leave us, you leave with everything the next person needs.

What we'll tell you for free

We say so when you do not need what you asked for. If a $300 health check settles the question before you commit to an $1,800 audit, we point you at the health check. If your current setup is fine, we say that too — it costs us a project and tends to earn us a client.

Delivery

Discovery, proposals, project management and client contact run from Denver. Technical delivery is carried out by our engineering team, including staff based outside the United States. It is how we hold fixed fees at these levels without cutting the hours a job actually needs — and every engagement has a named accountable contact here regardless.
