Cybersecurity Health Check
- Firewall and endpoint protection review
- Password and access policy check
- Open port scan, up to 15 devices
- Findings report, fixes ranked by priority
Vulnerability assessment, firewall and endpoint hardening, and policy review — with a report written to be read by a business owner, not a security team.
Most businesses asking about security do not yet know what they are protecting or what is currently open. The health check answers that for a few hundred dollars: firewall configuration, endpoint protection status, password and access policy, and an external port scan showing what the internet can currently reach.
You get a findings report with fixes ranked by priority. Plenty of clients act on it themselves and never buy anything else from us. That is a legitimate outcome and we will tell you when it is the right one.
Where the health check surveys, the audit investigates: vulnerability assessment across network and endpoints, review of every access path into the business, security policy review, and then the actual hardening work — firewall rules tightened, endpoints configured properly, unnecessary services closed, MFA enforced where it isn't.
You receive a detailed audit report and a remediation summary listing exactly what changed and why.
Security reports have a habit of being unreadable by the only person authorised to act on them. Ours state the risk in business terms — what could happen, how likely it is, what it would cost, what fixing it costs — and put the technical detail in an appendix for whoever needs it.
If you cannot make a decision from the first two pages, the report has failed.
We do not sell fear, and we do not sell you a product because we resell it. If your existing setup is adequate we will say so. The audit fee covers the assessment, and a clean result is a valid result — we tell you that before you commit, not after.
Ranges reflect scope. Discovery converts the range into one fixed number, in writing, before anything starts.
A health check covering up to 15 devices runs $300 to $600. A full vulnerability assessment with hardening for up to 25 devices runs $800 to $1,800. Larger environments are quoted after discovery.
The health check tells you what is wrong. The audit investigates more deeply and includes the work to fix it. If you are unsure where to start, start with the health check — it costs a fraction as much and often answers the question.
A health check takes 2 to 3 days. A full audit with hardening runs 1 to 2 weeks depending on how much remediation the assessment surfaces.
Assessment is non-disruptive and runs during normal hours. Hardening work that could interrupt anything is scheduled around your operations and notified in advance.
Most clients arrive for one of these and stay because the next problem doesn't require finding another vendor.
